Rosen Method Introductory

March 20, 2010

Gentle touch as a pathway to awareness...

Jane Malek will lead you on an introductory exploration of Rosen Method.

Rosen Method introductories include people of all levels working together and can be part of the certification programs. These seminars are valuable for individuals in transition, business professionals, and Rosen Method clients seeking to further their growth. They are also helpful for professionals in the field of health, mental health and human resources.

Like the longer intensive classes they are an experiential, hands-on workshop designed to slowly introduce participants to the work. There is the opportunity to give and receive sessions, to watch and discuss a demonstration session and to share experiences. Topics include:

  • Rosen Method theory and practice
  • demonstrations of specific hands-on skills
  • sessions are given and received under supervision
  • brief exploration of Rosen Method movements

For first-time participants, an application process is required for enrollment.
